Marta explains how she recently had the best day in her life!  And this is AFTER a long term bout of sciatica and a fall that broke her back.  She continues her care program even after symptoms are gone because she understands that Health is not place that you arrive and set the parking brake.  It IS a journey! On that trip, you have good days and bad, but you don’t stop doing the things that help you have good days!
